Tiny Kitten Found in a Rice Field Gets a Second Chance
Volunteers in Ubud nursed little Mochi back to health — and now she rules her new home.

When farmers in Ubud heard tiny cries coming from the rice terraces, they never expected to find a kitten no bigger than a mango.
Volunteers bottle-fed Mochi every two hours for weeks. Her eye infection cleared, her appetite grew, and so did her personality.
Today Mochi lives with a family of four in Denpasar, where she spends her afternoons supervising homework.
